Loft 2
This place is a joke. They ask you so much information when you apply to klive here, and the rif-raf that lives here is discusting.Yes some people are nice that do live here,Most tenants are pigs hallways people throw gargabe on the floors,elevators spit etc.cleaning crew do their best to keep up.but impossible sometimes.Why do they go thru a screening process if this is what lives here! waste of my time

Hey I feel ya! we are lucky though to be on the 2nd floor and not see alot of this stuff that goes on, our neighbor is cool ;) and we dont have to wait for the elevator ! but the building management people...thats another story....

I have yet to have any complaints. Wait, thats a lie, there is the whole parking situation, but that is a whole other story. Sure there are some shifty people in the building, but you will find that anywhere. They need to fix the hot tub asap!

I woulnt go in the hot tub.Management has found some questionable latex products floating in it!! Maybe it was a childrens party balloon!!!!...lol Buildings not bad as long as you look the otherway.Yes there is rif raft everywhere.

We moved out of Loft II and back to the Beach. Much happier now. Loft II had potential when it first opened, but the management took the wrong path in making a great place to live. Oh well, I wish it better days ahead.

This nonsense is getting worse and worse by the day. There is new security in place, and might I add, they are a joke. They accomplish nothing aside from pissing everyone off. Ah I am livid right now. I was upstairs at the pool working when one of the new security guards asked for my Loft II identification (I don't have it). I told him I didn't have it but I have my drivers license with my address on it, but no, a State ID does not adhere to the same standards as an ID as prestigious as a Loft II Badge. After 5 minutes of arguing, he gave up on throwing me out of the pool and went on his way. This is crap. Don't replace the security, replace the management.
