This month's FYI series - Make Your Heart Healthy! Join Tori Gabriel, Director of Education and Prevention and Claudia Correa, Nutrition Projects Coordinator, both from Florida Heart Research Institute, as they show you that healthy eating can be fun! We will have an evening filled with tasty information for the whole family. Learn how to take care of your heart by eating the right foods and discover easy lifestyle changes simple enough for everyone. Find out the importance of portion control and reading food labels. Embark on a 5-A-Day Fruits and Vegetables Challenge with your family. Journey into healthy and delicious recipes using fresh, affordable
ingredients.

Also check out our Activity Room for kids - a fun alternative for your little ones while you enjoy the lecture! Swing by the classroom in our main gallery just before 8:00pm and sign-up your kids for an hour of fun, supervised activities and demonstrations! Kids ages 3 and up. $3 donation, FREE for Museum members. (8:00pm.)
